Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on our subscription box products. We also cannot offer exchanges or refunds for gift cards. 

Damages

If an item arrives damaged in your Speech Cube, send an email with a photo of the damages to info@speechcube.com within seven (7) days of delivery and we will mail you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Delivery Issues

If you have not received your delivery and are concerned it may be missing, please contact us at info@speechcube.com within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within this time frame, we can not be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement.
