When will I receive my Speech Cube?

Speech Cubes ship the first week of each month. We are currently taking orders for the upcoming monthly cube during the previous month (while supplies last!!). So, for example, if you subscribe or buy in March, you would receive the April Speech Cube, shipping the first week of April. You can always see the current theme on the home page of our website! 

Once your order is placed or pushed through our system (fyi - month-to-month orders push through on the 7th of each month), an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. When your order is fulfilled & ready to ship (typically the first week of the following month), you will receive another email with tracking information. Please be patient as tracking information can take up to 48 hours before an update is posted.

Why do you ship once-a-month?

We want everyone to enjoy their Speech Cubes at the same time! No un-boxing surprises or spoilers early.

Where do you ship? Who do you use for shipping?

Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. We use USPS or UPS for deliveries. If you have a requirement for one of these delivery methods, please email us! Deliveries leave from Maryland. Email us if you are interested in placing an order from somewhere else! info@speechcube.com

Is the shipping price included? 

At this time, shipping is not included in the listed prices. Shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the cube and your delivery destination (e.g., city and postal code).
